Here
you can find routines to perform Matrix and Vector
manipulations in a Microsoft C++ environment. Included is the powerful
SVD decomposition of a matrix, Eigenvalue and Eigenvector calculations,
and the Fast Fourier Transforms.
The routines can be used in embedded environments or traditional
Windows 32 C++ applications. The SVD routines have a speed comparable
with the benchmark LAPACK routines, but they are not based upon them.

routines is

be found in the accompanying manual.
In the light of some of the (unfortunate) recent developments, this
powerful software is being made available, at a very good price point,
to assist those entities that need this functionality,
in collaboration with other more established commercial suppliers.
There is also a service plan available which will be honoured together
with any agreements.
It is availble via the media you wish: e.g. USB disc, CD ROM, SD card,
online download etc.
