This software application is a simple utility to create and display a
new file type .pf4. This is lossless compression
and reconstruction and works with images of 256 colours or less. The
application can be used to play
a .pf4 video of your choosing, or to create and display a simple static
.pf4 image.
There is also a .dll which can be used in a C# application of your own
creating. It is only
by using this dll (and the C++ library that it exposes) that a video
will run in real time.
