This is an unusual software which is initially being offered at a
modest cost. The service plan will enable you to participate in ongoing
enhancements and suggest features.
The working man, in Europe and the UK, has a long history of
chronicling, in art, the endeavours
of his fellow working man. Think of the bright colours of Van Gough
with his depiction
of the potato eaters and sunflowers. Or the austere black and white of
Ian Beesley on
the industrial landscape
scenes of Northern England.
Here is an application allowing one to colour in almost any way
imaginable,
according to a pallete,
and the intensity of the original RGB values of an image. You can also
save the file in a format suitable for physical printing. The effects
obtainable
are quite illuminating, perhaps similar to Claude Monet's impressionism
as seen in his 'Water Lillies', for example.
The latest addition of the software allows you to do this same
colouring on each of the frames of a pre-existing video and to re-save
the video for playing again. Thus going beyond the technology of the
impressionists.
